Transparent Billing
You shouldn't have to worry about hours stacking up when someone is servicing your equipment. Hours are billed only for work being performed. If troubleshooting an issue takes us down the wrong path with no value added to the service, you won't be billed for it. We track time and document all work being performed using our proprietary equipment tracker. If you believe we took longer than necessary, tell us, we will show our work and prove our service value.
